Od nového roku ukončila slovenská stanice 213 vysílání ze satelitu Thor a nadále tak zůstává pouze součástí nabídky u vybraných kabelových operátorů.

Jak informoval server Strategie.sk, slovenská Rada pre vysielanie a retransmisiu zahájila loni na podzim proces odnětí licence televizní stanice 213. Zahájení správního jednání potvrdila citovanému serveru Lucia Michelčíková, mluvčí regulačního orgánu.

Název stanice odkazuje k rozmístění pozic na bedně pro vítěze.

Důvodem pro odebrání oprávnění pro vysílání je změna majetkové struktury v době kratší než dva roky do udělení současné licence. Šamorínská sportovní stanice změnila svého majitele loni v říjnu, novým spolumajitelem se stal její dosavadní ředitel Jaroslav Jánošík. Svůj provoz přitom stanice zahájila v říjnu roku 2016.

Po Astře konec vysílání i z družice Thor

Stanici už delší dobu trápí finanční problémy, které měly být také důvodem pro prosincové ukončení vysílání ze satelitu Astra 3B. Ten pro distribuci ke koncovým zákazníkům využívá třeba česko-slovenská platforma Skylink a na českém a slovenském území ho přijímají řádově stovky tisíc diváků.

Od čtvrtka 4. ledna přestala televize vysílat i z družice Thor 6, kde využívala kapacity společnosti Slovak Telekom, a vypadla tak třeba z nabídky slovenské placené služby Magio. Jak doplnil server Digitální rádio, stanice 213 je šířena ještě prostřednictvím běloruské družice Belintersat 1 na pozici 51,5 stupně východně. 

Její vysílání ale nemá na této pozici formu volného free-to-air příjmu, jako tomu bylo v případě družic Astra a Thor. Provoz z Belintersatu je zakódován systémem podmíněného přístupu Panaccess, který podle citovaného webu „není určen pro individuální příjem“. 

Promovysílání v UHD skončilo v listopadu

Ještě loni v květnu stanice slibovala zprovoznění svojí Ultra HD (4K) verze, kterou měl i českým divákům zprostředkovat slovenský satelitní operátor Pantelio. Ten chtěl využít právě vysílání ze zmiňované družice Belintersat 1 a jako termín startu svého UHD vysílání stanice uváděla začátek loňského července.

Ke 4. červenci stanice skutečně spustila promosmyčku svého vysílání v Ultra HD, pro jejíž šíření využívala satelit Belintersat. Zkušební volné vysílání mělo být v průběhu loňského podzimu překlopeno do pravidelného UHD vysílání, nakonec ale stanice začátkem listopadu odešla z DVB-S2 multiplexu platformy Pantelio, tedy operátora, který poskytoval kapacitu pro FTA vysílání stanice ve 4K rozlišení.

Nadále tak HD a SD verze stanice zůstává součástí nabídky některých slovenských kabelových a IPTV operátorů. Na českém trhu ji mohou přijímat předplatitelé vybraných IPTV služeb, jako je například platforma O2 TV nebo služba SledováníTV.cz. Živé vysílání nabízí stanice i na svém webu. 

Některé přenosy natočené stanicí 213, hlavně ze slovenských turnajů v bojových uměních, vysílá i tuzemská sportovní stanice Sport 5. Tu je možno naladit kromě placených operátorů i ve volném pozemním vysílání v rámci regionální sítě 8, multiplexu provozovaného Českými Radiokomunikacemi.

Našla stanice nového investora?

Server Živě.sk cituje v aktuálním článku vyjádření ředitele stanice Jánošíka, podle něhož stanice našla nového partnera, který převezme její závazky a mohl by také požádat o novou vysílací licenci. Ten samý subjekt však o novou licenci nemůže požádat dříve než po jednom roce od právoplatného rozhodnutí Rady o odnětí aktuální licence, citoval v této souvislosti web Strategie mluvčí RVR Michelčíkovou.

I pod novým majitelem by se měla stanice primárně věnovat slovenskému sportu.

Pro citovaný článek webu Živě.sk ale Jánošík odmítl upřesnit jméno nového majitele televize a neodpověděl ani na otázku, zda se jedná o slovenskou, nebo zahraniční firmu. Nový investor by ale měl podle Jánošíkova vyjádření uhradit existující pohledávky za šíření signálu, vysílací práva i dlužné mzdy pro několik desítek zaměstnanců, kteří mezitím stanici opustili. 

Výrazněji by se podle informací webu Živě.sk neměl v dohledné době měnit název ani koncept stanice a v jejím vysílání by měl i nadále hrát dominantní roli slovenský sport. Kvůli finančním problémům ale stanice musela zrušit i některé anoncované živé přenosy z vybraných sportovních událostí.
