Brněnská Solitea opět posiluje na Balkáně, kupuje tam další IT společnost

Brněnský IT holding Solitea byl opět na nákupech, aby posílil své aktivity na Balkáně. Získal slovinskou společnost Vasco vyvíjející podnikové IT systémy. Spadat bude pod rovněž slovinský podnik SAOP, který již Solitea vlastní a který sdružuje aktivity ve Slovinsku, Chorvatsku a Srbsku.

Vasco od roku 1991 vyvíjí systémy a aplikace pro správu lidských zdrojů, účetnictví, maloobchod, velkoobchod a archivaci dokumentů. Jde o podobné oblasti, kde historicky působí o Solitea. Vasco má kolem 4200 zákazníků.

Solitea má přes 1400 zaměstnanců v sedmi zemích. Letos očekává konsolidované výnosy kolem 130 milionů eur. Holding během posledních let koupil desítky podniků včetně řady českých. Jde třeba o Altus software, Aquasoft, Axiom, BI Experts, CDL System, Cígler software, Clever Decision, D3Soft, Dotykačka, Dynamica, Gemma Systems, J.K.R., Mainstream, Smart software, Techniserv IT, Vema či WBI. Důležitou osobou nadále zůstává Martin Cígler.

Posilování se děje díky kapitálu slovenského fondu Sandberg Capital, který u nás mimo jiné staví hostingovou firmu Webglobe. Peníze vložil rovněž do zdejších firem Revolgy a Daktela.

Solitea na Balkáně koupila také firmy MIT Informatika, Opal Informatika a Billans. Celá tamní skupina SAOP zaměstnává 250 lidí. SAOP se zaměřuje na ERP a účetní software.
